We are manufacturing metal Packaging products for a variety of industries including canned vegetable oils, aerosols, pesticides, engine oils and paints. Special processes for metal are integrated in our production line carried out by our dedicated unit.
AEROSOL
Sarten demonstrated an undisputable success in the production of aerosol containers started in 1986. Sarten adopted all globally recognized standards for aerosol container specifications. Prints on the external surfaces of the aerosol cans are carried out on the state-of-the-art printing machines integrated into our production lines and the International ISO 9000 Quality System Certificate stands for proof of quality for Sarten's know-how. All of our output is leak tested to ensure 100% leak proof products are delivered
PLASTIC
Since 2003, thin-walled vessels featuring 100% leak-proof characteristics are being manufactured using the in-mold labeling system, which is one of the latest methods available.
TWIST-OFF
Twist Caps are suitable for hot , cold , aseptic filling , pasteurisation and sterilisation of various food and beverage applications.
Sarten offers a wide range of diameters (38 mm to 100 mm) and different types of twist caps.
SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCTS
Easy-open ends, aerosol caps, screw caps, round and square lids and printed metal sheets for metal box producers are manufactured as a separate product category.
