SARTEN ACADEMY
It is the recruitment program. Sarten Academy launched in 2008 to complete the formation of future business leaders was made available for graduates of Vocational Academies too, in 2011. 7 training programs have been carried out since 2008, and 113 candidates newly graduated from universities have joined the Sarten family to become one of the future leaders.
In this two-week program trainings in various topics including personal development, acquisition of management skills, production, product knowledge, product development, sales techniques, export, finance and accounting, etc. are delivered by expert academics.
